Plateau much?

Plateau much?  Yep, we all do whether it is a plateau on the scale, inches, strength or endurance.  Plateau’s happen but for most it becomes a circle of frustration which leads off the path of success and then leads to a halt in trying at all.  What do you do when you reach a plateau or when you feel as though you’ve worked your ass off both in the kitchen and the gym and you have seen no results?  YOU simply change gears!!  It’s time to switch things up and create and new path of challenges!  Maybe you are not training hard enough in the gym so it is time to kick things up!  Our bodies adapt to exercise so changing programs is essential.  Maybe your eating is not as clean as you think it is.  Time to look at the plan in more detail…are you weighing and measuring all your food?  Do you know what your calorie intake is?  Are you eating every 2-3 hrs to fuel your body and keep your metabolism running?  CARDIO…everyone hates cardio and you probably need to make changes here too!  Kick the steady pace boring cardio to the curb and add some intervals and change the type of cardio too.  We all hit walls in training and in diet.  The trick is to not let that wall crumble you!  You must crumble it and dust yourself off and walk away with new goals and a new fight to kick ass 🙂
