LEG DAY

Leg press 1 set Warmup, 4 sets x 8-10reps

Full squat 3 sets x 8-12reps (ass to grass, so the volume may not be as heavy)

BB deadlift 3 sets x 8-10reps

Leg extension super set with bulgarian split squat 3 sets x 8-12reps

Leg curl 3 sets x 8-10reps

Leg press straight legged calf raises 3-4 sets x 10-15reps
