Oats and protein powder
50g dry oats
1 scoop (30g) Isoflex protein powder
2 paks of splenda
1 tsp hersheys cocoa
Mix oats, splenda and cocoa in microwave safe bowl. Add 250ml (1c) of water. Stir in Isoflex protein powder. Microwave for 1 min, take out and stir. Place back in the microwave for 1 min. Depending on how you like your oats cooked, either thick or runny you may want to microwave for an additional 30s to 1 min. You can top it with a sprinkle of splenda and a dash of cocoa! Enjoy!!
